RECYCLING IN MONTSERRAT

Currently there are no facilities in Montserrat or any agreements with neighboring Islands to recycle our bottles or can, but soon we hope to have some news on developments in this area.

Presently Cable and Wireless has started offering their clients a chance to have paperless statements of their telephone bills. This is their effort to save the environment by saving some trees and other pollutants like ink and dyes used in the paper. If you wish to participate in this program just stop by Cable & Wireless and speak with Jacqueline and she will gladly sign you up. Let's make Montserrat "Our Green Island" by using renuable resources and recycling. To access your bills once you have signed up just type in the following link: http://eaccount.cwmontserrat.com then put in your password and username and there you go -- except you still have to pay, oh well!
