Very basic health care services are available in Montserrat either through a private physician, at the main hospital or in one of the smaller community health centers. For any serious health problem, professional treatment is available in nearby Antigua or in Guadeloupe. As always when you have a serious health problem while traveling, it is best to return to your home country for treatment.
